Changes and Cancellations
MAISON GALANTE wants to make your stay an unforgettable experience.
We understand very well that you have had to face unforeseen events, forcing you to change or cancel your trip.
In order for you to make informed decisions and respect the deadlines inherent in these procedures, it is our duty to invite you to carefully read the following regulations.
Cancellation policy
By confirming your reservation, one or more rates, cancellation and payment policies are proposed and clearly displayed. Thus, you agree to the price and conditions shown. Please note that the selected cancellation method cannot be changed later.
Regardless of the cancellation policy, please note that we do not provide refunds for amounts paid, for this, we offer you a choice of modification and cancellation policies:
- Non-refundable: you are required to pay the total amount of the reservation in order to confirm the reservation, this amount being final and not subject to reimbursement or modification.
- Flexible: a 30% deposit is required upon confirmation of the reservation, which is not refundable. The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
The reservation can be modified by MAISON GALANTE following your request up to 30 days before the arrival date, subject to availability. Note that MAISON GALANTE reserves the right to refuse any request for modification of a reservation, without prejudice or obligation to justify.
Any modification of the date accepted by MAISON GALANTE and resulting in a price difference greater than that initially agreed will be at your expense.
In case of no-show and in the absence of news from you within 48 hours after the agreed start of the stay, MAISON GALANTE reserves the right to cancel your reservation without refund.
Please note that in accordance with article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, after confirmation of the reservation, no right of withdrawal is possible.
Travel insurance
We strongly advise all our customers to take out a comprehensive travel insurance policy that covers any unforeseen circumstances that could disrupt their trip. MAISON GALANTE does not offer insurance directly, but do not hesitate to contact us if you need a travel receipt to file a claim with your insurer.
