The website https://www.maisongalante.com is published by HOLFIM, a simplified joint stock company with a capital of 110,000 euros, registered with the RCS of Marseille under number 818 825 051, having its head office at 18 Place Théo Lombard — 13008 Marseille.

This site is operated by the MAISON GALANTE brand and is the official platform for the luxury apartment rental business offered by the company.
MAISON GALANTE also allows its partner, the company PAF PROPERTIES (trade name Pick A Flat), a simplified joint stock company registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 932 932 254, with its head office at 43 rue d'Aboukir — 75002 Paris, to exercise on its behalf the entire exploitation of the MAISON GALANTE brand, of the website www.maisongalante.com, as well as all tenant search and service activities carried out on behalf of MAISON GALANTE.
MAISON GALANTE and its partner PAF PROPERTIES will hereinafter be referred to as MAISON GALANTE.
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the terms and conditions governing commercial transactions between MAISON GALANTE and its customers. They specify the rights and obligations of each party concerning the reservation, payment, modification or cancellation of a stay, as well as the responsibilities related to the services.
Any reservation made on the site https://www.maisongalante.com by an adult implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The terms and conditions are available online and can be provided upon request.
ARTICLE 2 — RESERVATIONS
Anyone of legal age can make an apartment reservation on the website www.maisongalante.com.
The reservation is considered confirmed after payment. By paying the requested amount, the CUSTOMER validates the apartment, the dates and the selected rate.
A confirmation is sent by email to the address provided by the CUSTOMER.
MAISON GALANTE reserves the right to cancel any reservation deemed fraudulent or illicit.
The CUSTOMER guarantees the accuracy of the information transmitted and undertakes to provide, on request, his identity document as well as the bank card used.
The CUSTOMER's contact details should allow him to be easily contacted to organize arrival or if necessary during the stay.
The CUSTOMER agrees to read and respect the internal regulations, which must be validated electronically before arrival.
ARTICLE 3 — PRICE AND PAYMENT
Rates, cancellation terms and payment policies are clearly indicated before any reservation is validated. By confirming payment, the CUSTOMER accepts all the conditions applied.
Unless otherwise specified, the total amount includes:
— overnight stays,
— the tourist tax,
— cleaning costs (if applicable),
— and any option selected.
Rates may vary depending on the season, the type of accommodation or the number of occupants. MAISON GALANTE applies a dynamic pricing policy.
Any excess of the number of people initially planned may result in additional billing.
Payments are made in euros. Conversion fees may be applied by the CUSTOMER's bank according to its currency.
The VAT applicable to accommodation (excluding tourist tax) is 10%.
Payments are secured via Stripe (3D Secure authentication mandatory). Accepted cards are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.
In case of failure of payment via Stripe, MAISON GALANTE may offer an alternative solution.
A bank guarantee is requested via Swikly. No amount is debited or blocked, except in case of damage observed.
If the security deposit cannot be validated, a bank transfer or cash deposit may be required. In the absence of a deposit, access to housing may be refused.
ARTICLE 4 — CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
In accordance with article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, no right of withdrawal applies to confirmed reservations.
The CUSTOMER chooses a cancellation policy when booking, which cannot be changed after payment.
Non-refundable formula: full payment required upon reservation, cannot be modified or refundable.
Semi-flexible formula: 30% non-refundable deposit. 70% balance required 30 days prior to arrival.
Changes are possible up to 30 days prior to arrival, subject to availability. A difference in rate will be charged if the new period is more expensive. No compensation will be due if the price is lower.
In case of no-show without news from the CUSTOMER, the reservation may be cancelled without refund.
ARTICLE 5 — RULES OF LIFE AND USE
Any violation of the internal regulations may result in the cancellation of the stay, the billing of the deposit and, if necessary, prosecution.
The apartments are for personal use only, unless agreed in writing in advance.
Professional or event use is not allowed.
Photos for private use are allowed. Any commercial use is prohibited.
Respect for the neighborhood is fundamental. Any excessive noise (over 70 decibels) may result in a safety intervention.
Pets are not allowed, unless exceptions are confirmed in advance.
The apartment must be left clean and in good condition no later than 11 am on the day of departure.
ARTICLE 6 — RULES OF PROCEDURE
Check-in : from 15:00 in Paris and 16:00 in Marseille
Check-out : until 11:00
Check-in via the web application provided prior to arrival.
General rules:
- No parties or noise after 20:00
- No smoking in the premises
- Do not damage furniture (e.g. sofa bed)
- Waste to be evacuated in the indicated places
- Theft of objects = invoicing + €100 in fees
- Welcome products (excluding vanity set and slippers) are not intended to be taken away
In the event of a breach, MAISON GALANTE reserves the right to withhold the deposit, cancel the stay or take legal action.
ARTICLE 7 — RESPONSIBILITIES
MAISON GALANTE declines all responsibility for:
- incidents caused by third parties
- loss or damage to personal property
- injuries related to the misuse of equipment
- external disturbances (construction, neighborhood)
ARTICLE 8 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All the contents of the site www.maisongalante.com are the exclusive property of MAISON GALANTE.
Any reproduction or use without permission is strictly prohibited.
ARTICLE 9 — PERSONAL DATA
The CUSTOMER's data is processed in accordance with the MAISON GALANTE privacy policy.

ARTICLE 11 — APPLICABLE LAW
These terms and conditions are subject to French law. Any dispute will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
