  • Paris: Check-in is possible from 15:00.

  • Marseilles: Check-in is possible from 16:00.

If the apartment is ready before these hours, we will be happy to welcome you sooner. We will confirm the exact time the apartment will be available the day before your arrival.

The Departure must be done before 11 am.
This allows us to prepare the accommodation for future travelers.

Late check-out:
One late check out can be considered, only on request and subject to availability.
Thank you for asking us at least 24 hours in advance so that we can organize it in the best possible way.

  • Paris: Our cancellation conditions do not allow you to change a reservation once confirmed.
    If you booked a “Flexible” rate, you can cancel or change up to 30 days prior to arrival. After this period, the reservation is no longer changeable or refundable.
    If you booked a “Non-refundable” rate, no changes or cancellations are possible.

PARIS AND MARSEILLE: We offer several cancellation methods, depending on the rate selected. You can consult them directly on the reservation page, once your dates of stay have been entered. Please note that any amount paid is non-refundable.

An autonomous arrival process has been put in place. You will receive all necessary instructions prior to your arrival date.

Upon prior request, a physical reception can be arranged.

You also have the option of booking, via our concierge, a private driver, who will pick you up and accompany you to the apartment. ‍

The presence of pets is not allowed in our apartments. However, do not hesitate to contact us, we remain at your disposal to study your situation.

PARIS : Yes, daily cleaning service is provided in the apartment throughout your stay. For a change of towels, simply leave them on the floor.If you do not want to use the cleaning service, please let us know in advance.

MARSEILLES : An à la carte cleaning service is offered during your stay.

We do not have private parking associated with our apartments, whether in paris or at marseilles.

He is Strictly forbidden to smoke or vape inside the apartment, as well as in the common areas, at paris Like at marseilles.

Our reservation calendar is vibrant : The minimum length of stay may vary between 1 and 3 nights, according to the dates selected.

The rental of our apartments is reserved for people aged 18 and over.

We ask you to provide a copy of your ID prior to your arrival date.

Yes, the The security of your data is our priority. The transmission of your identity document via the application is completely secure and in accordance with RGPD.

We treat this information with the utmost confidentiality, and your ID is removed from our system within a maximum of 30 days after your departure and in case no incident has been declared, in order to guarantee respect for your privacy.

Paris : Yes, a deposit is required.


A secure link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival, via our partner Swikly, in order to verify your bank card without affecting your limit.
This system does not withdraw or block funds, except in the case of damage observed.
The pre-authorization is released a few days after your departure.


⚠️ Please note that this system may not be compatible with some bank cards or countries. In case of failure, a deposit in cash or by bank transfer may be requested.

Marseilles: Yes, one Deposit is required.

A link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival to pre-authorize your bank card, for an amount equivalent to the estimated rental fees.
This amount is not taken or blocked from your account, and will be released a few days after your stay, provided there is no damage.
